background
* bachelor’s in engineering or related field.
* master’s degree highly desired.
* bilingual (english/spanish).
* strong use of continuous improvement and problem‑solving tools: icim, shainin, etc.
* finance knowledge: p&l, forecasting, budgets.
* coaching and management skills.
* flexibility to relocate to other location/area.
* computer systems such as microsoft office, minitab, sap are required.
* experience in manufacturing of automotive harnesses (must).

* knowledge of assembly, injection, and pressing processes.
* advanced english.
