What will you do?
* coordinate and track all warranty-related activities, including registration, validation, claims processing, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
* act as the key point of contact for documentation and warranty status between project teams, customers, suppliers, and service teams.
* support plant project managers in maintaining document control systems, version tracking, and centralized repositories.
* monitor warranty claim trends and provide insights to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation.
* collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, procurement, service, and quality teams) to resolve warranty issues efficiently.
* continuously identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, documentation workflows, and warranty management practices.
