Technical salesforce leadership position
our company is seeking a skilled and experienced technical salesforce lead to join our team. As the key individual responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and support of salesforce, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high availability and reliability of our systems.
* manage incident handling and service requests efficiently to ensure timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
* prioritize change requests and allocate team resources effectively.
* maintain salesforce org health by collaborating with the salesforce technical account team.
* identify technical debt in orgs and align with salesforce product lifecycles and upgrades.
* utilize servicenow to manage operations performance and prepare monthly reviews for management.
additional responsibilities include automating routine tasks and workflows within servicenow, collaborating with cross-functional teams on system and infrastructure changes, and possessing experience with web and mobile systems integrated with various platforms like erp and sfdc.
