Sap procurement to paylead the design, optimization, and support of the end-to-end procure-to-pay (p2p) process in sap. Act as the subject matter expert in sap mm and fi-ap modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient procurement solutions. Drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure best practices across procurement operations.key responsibilities:
• lead the functional design and implementation of sap p2p solutions, including mm (materials management) and fi-ap (accounts payable) modules.
• analyze and optimize end-to-end procurement processes: purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and payment.
• translate business requirements into sap solutions, prepare functional specs, and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• configure and maintain sap p2p settings including release strategies, pricing procedures, master data management, and integration with fi.
• oversee system upgrades, rollouts, and s/4hana migration projects involving procurement functions.
• ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements within procurement workflows.
• train and mentor junior consultants and key users.
• act as the key contact for procurement process owners and finance teams.
• stay current with sap roadmap (s/4hana, ariba, central procurement) and recommend innovations.requirements:• strong background in sap mm and fi-ap configuration.
• experience with s/4hana, fiori apps, or integration with ariba is highly desirable.technical skills:
• deep knowledge of p2p process flows and sap document lifecycle.
• strong configuration experience in sap mm (purchasing, inventory management, release procedures, etc.) and fi-ap.
• understanding of sap integration points (mm-fi, mm-sd, mm-wm).
