Job Description
As a Director I, Lodging, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for our organization's lodging and accommodations department. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to demonstrate strong leadership skills through management of diverse teams across multiple locations and successfully executing strategies to achieve key business objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the lodging and accommodations department, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve key business objectives in line with company goals.
- Create and maintain budgets, allocating resources to meet operational and financial targets.
- Monitor and evaluate team effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed to optimize performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other directors and stakeholders within the organization to ensure alignment of goals and strategy.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development for all team members, driving growth and success.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to lodging and accommodations.
- Evaluate and respond to customer feedback, implementing changes as needed to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
- Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS)
- Additional certifications may be required or preferred
