*main roles & responsibilities*:
- provide support to the end users with process and all sytems involved in it.
- detect issues, analyze symptoms, find the root cause, fix the issue and provide the results when a problem is found.
- respond to email, help desk system tickets, phone calls for users looking for help according to defined sla.
- deployment/system change.
