This role is responsible for supporting financial operations, account payables, account receivables, credit and collections across the mexico market, ensuring scalable processes, system governance and financial alignment to support revenue growth and a sustainable profit & loss performance within the organization. The ideal candidate is a financially and commercially astute and execution-focused one, with strong cross-regional experience and a proven ability to deliver tasks that scale processes, with measurable business outcomes in a complex and matrixed environment.key job responsabilitiesprofit & loss and financial planning support senior management to make sure that reporting obligations are met, following regional and subsidiary reporting standards and cadence (annual, quarterly, monthly) to ensure transparency and accuracy. Follow regional financial planning management, ensuring alignment between revenue targets, cost structures and profitability metrics.maintain oversight of market revenue workflows.perform reconciliations and support the monthly closing.support adhoc needs to make sure numbers are accurate and reported consistently.be able to translate erp data to excel and vice-versa, maintaining data reliable for the executive level. Account payables, account receivables, credit & collection execute and coordinate the complete accounts payable cycle.control due dates, prioritization of payments, and compliance with financial slas.support the onboarding of customers, agencies and vendors; handle discrepancies with suppliers and internal areas.execute and coordinate the complete accounts receivable cycle (billing/invoicing) credit evaluation, analysis and governance apply and validate withholdings and tax rules according to tax guidelines and system configurations.requirementsbachelor’s degree in business, advertising, marketing, finance or related field; mba preferred.5+ years’ experience with finance operations – p&l, fp&a, account payables, account receivables, credit and/or collection, or any finance coordination related role.
