this position is responsible for the execution of professional compensation core processes such as: job evaluation and job offer letters.
your impact
as tr assoc analystyour functions would consist of:
* perform job evaluation for l01-l07 positions according to business needs.
* perform job offer letter process according to business needs.
* perform data cleaning focus on tr rules
* support on continuous improvement projects for tr professional compensation team
qualifications
who are we looking for?
education
* bachelor degree (finance or business administration or related with applicable work experience)
experience
* fluent in english and spanish (written & verbal skills).
* experience of 1 year or less
* advanced level of excel
* knowledge in data interpretation and statistical analysis of market data
* ability to do market analysis, you do not need proven experience in this, but you know how to interpret data.
* strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
* collaboration with multiculture teams and vendors
