Principal activities:- recruitment and selection, personel orientation, follow up fpr the indirect and direct personel.- responsible for the compliance of the payroll process for the employees.- compensation and benefits administration acording to the established tabulators.
(benchmark)- analyzes turnover and/or absenteeism, proposes programs or implements systems to reduce it.- proposes and applies disciplinary actions in accordance with the rit and the lft, documents personnel and prepares the labor file, carries out dismissals and/or termination of contract with or without liability for the company.- integrates and follows up on the training and education plan and program.- responsible for the health and safety commission and updating the corresponding folders.- establishes occupational risk prevention programs, using statistics, graphs and reports for their measurement.- filling out forms for occupational risk imss and stps, implements programs.- coordinates recreational and social activities for employees*requirements*:- bachelor's degree- bilingual 90% (must)- experience in tress systems (desirable)- +5 years of experience in similar positiontipo de puesto: tiempo completo, por tiempo indeterminadohorario:- turno matutinoeducación:- licenciatura terminada (deseable)experiência:- recursos humanos: 5 años (obligatorio)idioma:- inglés avanzado (obligatorio)
