Key responsibilities: leadconfiguration and administration of kronos (ukg)modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Managesystem setup, rule configuration, pay codes, accruals, and workforce scheduling parameters. Supportend-to-end implementation and continuous improvementof kronos solutions. Partner with hr, payroll, and operations teams to ensure accurate system functionality and compliance. Troubleshoot system issues and providefunctional support and enhancements. Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency. Required experience: strong hands-on experience withkronos / ukg workforce central or ukg pro workforce management. Proven expertise insystem configuration (must-have). Experience managingtimekeeping, scheduling, and attendance systems. Knowledge ofpayroll integration and labor rules configuration. Experience insystem implementations, upgrades, or migrationsis a plus. Preferred qualifications: background inhris, workforce management, or related systems.
