We are searching for a relationship management lead who will serve as a key liaison between our alternative, urban, and mexican music partners and internal teams.
you will be responsible for maintaining strong, productive relationships, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, and providing support for real-time updates and deliverables.
the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and proactive approach to product management in these genres.
what you'll do
relationship management: maintain close relationships with label teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project deliverables.
conduct weekly visits to key clients.
campaign coordination: ensure all departments are equipped with the necessary tools and support to execute campaign plans effectively.
communication: share regular updates with internal and external parties on campaign progress, release schedules, and key initiatives.
project management: keep plans and campaigns on track, respond quickly to action items, and maintain momentum.
campaign execution: ensure campaigns are executed to high standards with attention to detail.
data-driven decision making: use reports and data to adapt to trends and fan activity, adjusting campaigns as needed.
goal setting: collaborate with the relationship lead to set benchmarks and campaign goals at project start.
artist & campaign insights: stay informed on artist performance, identifying opportunities for increased visibility.
company knowledge: serve as a knowledgeable resource about company processes for smooth campaign execution.
catalog optimization: assist in optimizing label catalogs, especially around key moments.
problem-solving & flexibility: tackle problems proactively, find creative solutions, and support label needs flexibly.
performance reporting: prepare high-level reports on label, artist, and campaign results.
who you are
experience: at least 5 years in project management or campaign coordination.
experience with labels, agencies, or artist management preferred.
analytical skills: proficient in analytics tools to interpret performance and trends.
communication: excellent verbal and written skills to liaise effectively with artists, labels, and teams.
organization: highly organized, able to meet deadlines and resolve challenges quickly.
project management: skilled at managing multiple projects with attention to detail and prioritization.
proactivity: problem-solving mindset with initiative-taking ability.
software proficiency: familiar with digital tools, release management software, project platforms, microsoft office, and google workspace.
motivation: passionate about the music industry and eager to build a career in it.
