role summary
manage pre-payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Provide internal customer service, maintain employee data, and support payroll-related hr functions.
key responsibilities
* execute pre-payroll processes in tress including data entry, validation, and calculation of hires, terminations, incidents, and benefits.
* review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution.
* maintain employee information in the hr system, managing personnel movements and ensuring timely updates.
* ensure compliance with social security (imss/idse) and other statutory employee transactions.
* respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and pre-payroll issues.
* supervise pre-payroll operations to guarantee timely and accurate payments.
* generate payroll-related reports and indicators, such as headcount, turnover, and absenteeism.
* support audits, payroll reconciliations, and compliance with company policies.
* collaborate with hr team on projects, training coordination, and personnel management as needed.
minimum qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, business administration, or related field.
* minimum 3 years of experience in companies with over 300 employees.
* upper-intermediate english.
* experience with hr and payroll systems (idse, erp: tress, sap, workday, etc.).
* knowledge of labor legislation (lft, lss, nom-035).
* general knowledge of iso 9001 and 14001 standards.
* experience in compensation, labor relations, and organizational development.
* payroll administration.
* intermediate-advanced microsoft office skills.
preferred qualifications
* experience in training and following up on development plans for administrative staff.
* ability to create executive presentations.
