Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Regional Sales Director – LATAM with over 14 years of progressive sales leadership experience. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to direct a diverse workforce of 4,000+ employees, oversee a business portfolio exceeding $400M USD, and drive strategic growth and business transformation across multiple markets. This role demands a global perspective, exceptional cross-cultural leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in highly competitive, multi-cultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives to achieve revenue and market growth targets across LATAM.

Provide visionary leadership and oversight for a multi-cultural team of 4,000+ employees across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and operational excellence.

Lead business transformation initiatives, driving operational efficiency, process improvements, and innovative go-to-market strategies.

Establish and maintain high-impact relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to secure sustainable business growth.

Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Mentor, empower, and develop leaders within the region to build high-performing, collaborative teams.

Foster cross-cultural communication and negotiation, ensuring effective collaboration across diverse markets.

Represent the company in executive-level discussions, industry events, and general forums.

Key Qualifications:

14+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in regional or global markets.

Demonstrated ability to manage/control a budget of $400M+ USD and lead large-scale teams.

Strong experience in multi-cultural team leadership, business transformation, and strategic planning.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; other related fields considered.

Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in data analysis and strategic decision-making.

Languages: English and Spanish preferred; additional languages are a plus.

Track record of delivering transformational leadership and driving sustainable growth in complex markets.
