*responsibilities*:
- maintain & coordinate external advertising and announcements, utilize other recruitment tools to solicit applicants
- participate in off site & on site job fairs and networking events
- assist with all steps in the screening, selection and onboarding process for assigned positions:
- telephone pre-screening
- setting up interviews and/or conducting interviews as necessary
- administer competency tests as necessary & evaluate results
- make hiring decisions in cooperation with hiring manager
- oversee and assist with the completion of correspondence and tracking of applicants and new hires, including job offer letters, background checks, drug screens, correspondence to applicants not selected, maintain files for resumes received for future reference.
- assist with onboarding paperwork process for new hires
- maintain department personnel tracking documents and reports for sales & non -sales roles as well as other metrics as required..
- work with hr team members in completing daily tasks, special projects, and other duties as needed/assigned.
*requirements*:
- highly motivated and goal oriented
- fluent in spanish & english required
- 2+ years experience in recruiting, interviewing, and staffing in a corporate environment preferred
- 2+ years in sales oriented position/environment, preferably in a call center
- must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced setting
- demonstrate organizational skills
- able to work well, be productive, and efficient while working independently
