responsibilities and duties
* listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions.
* attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
* recommend possible products to meet the customers' needs.
* prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
* help customers with their warranty, replacement or return claims needs and report them.

education & experience requirements
* 1-2 years of proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative.
* 90% english.
* familiarity with crm systems and practices.
* customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
