Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR department management
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably electronics
- Familiarity with payroll and the IMSS system
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office
- Experience in labor relations and union matters, with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
- Driving license preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Register new hires and resignations in the IDSE (IMSS) system
- Lead the hiring process in the plant (contract preparation, induction checklist, locker assignment, data entry for recruitment and payroll systems, etc.)
- Manage locker assignments
- Support recruitment efforts through job fairs and social networks (for both operational and administrative staff)
- Assist in organizing company social activities
- Ensure compliance in areas such as cleaning services, dining, and transportation
- Conduct work climate surveys among staff
- Address employee concerns and inquiries
- Perform plant walkthroughs to monitor compliance with quality, safety, and HR guidelines across departments
- Support training and development programs
- Input data into government platforms such as STPS
- Maintain updated physical and digital employee files
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR procedures, including documentation for the Quality Management System (SGC)
- Coordinate recruitment, labor relations, payroll, and training activities
- Define and monitor KPIs for the HR department
