We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Internal Control team in Mexico & IGBS. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal policies, risk mitigation, and process improvement while contributing to a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, updating, and communicating internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with departments to understand operations and identify control gaps.
- Communicate deficiencies to management and recommend improvements.
- Review and revise documentation to ensure policy consistency.
- Participate in discussions on proposed policy changes.
- Support remediation plans and audit follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
