responsible for providing support in the activities of the medical department under the supervision of the occupational doctor.

- provides medical attention to the employees
- first aid attention as required
- supports administration of medical records of the employees.
- carries out and control of medical forms.
- supports proper handling of infectious biological waste, and maintain logs updated.
- provides guidance on health matters to the employees.
- provides support to execute health campaigns and programs.
- provides support to schedule of periodic medical examinations
- provides support control of chronic-degenerative diseases (hta, dm)
- provide support for pregnant control and breastfeeding programs.
- provide support the epidemiological forms (suive).
- support in the evacuation drill.
- responsible for medical examinations including hiring.
- responsible to make registration of all medical consultations.
- responsible to ensure administration of medical files for cafeteria employees.
- ensures cafeteria reviews per shift.
- ensures daily posting of cafeteria menu.
- scheduling of appointments to the imss.
- supports scheduling for dental, medical and psychological appointments.
- monthly control for medication, and other exams as required. Monitors and keep updated a data base with the monthly spend.
- quotes and purchase orders as required.
- responsible to control the vision program.
- supports disabilities cases (work related) and informs to human resources and supervisors as needed.
- responsible to design and deploy material to support health campaigns.
- ensure proper handling for cleaning and sterilization of equipment and healing material.
- trigger and support of incidents investigation.
- supports covid19 program.
- supports hiring
- runs tests supporting ctpat/oea requirements.
- performs other assignments as needed.

- bachelor's degree nurse.
- years and area of experience required: _
- minimum 3 years of experience as industrial nurse.
- technical knowledge:_
- experience related to occupational health and safety programs
- knowledge of the mexican health standards
- knowledge of ms office, excel, word, powerpoint
- desirable english.
