Your key responsibilities:
- Establish and optimize the terminal training system, and develop and implement annual training plans.
- Research terminal training needs, design & develop training courses.
- Organize and manage various FF training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Build a team of training instructors and maintain external training resources.
- Promote the construction of agent headquarters learning organizations and enhance country training participation.
- Complete other tasks assigned within the group.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in HR resource management, education, or related fields.
- +5 years of training experience.
- +3 years of team management experience.
- +3 years in large enterprises experience.
- Familiar with training system construction & operation,
- Rich experience in training project design and implementation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational planning, & team management skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, & ability to adapt to the fast-paced work environment.
- The mobile phone industry background.
- Experience using Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
