edicon and zebra operate in interior design, construction, and architecture, with teams across mexico, the united states, and canada. Our mexico city office hosts both entities on the same floor, and our global it team is based in dubai.
about the role
this is a hands-on regional role, end-user support, windows11 endpoint deployments, autodesk (revit, autocadlt) installation and licensing, microsoft365 and entraid, vendor coordination, and regional projects. You'll report to the it director (dubai), with day-to-day priorities guided by stakeholders in the regional offices. The culture is collaborative across edicon, zebra, and the dubai global it team – one team, not siloed by office.
key responsibilities
* end-user support and incident management (level1–2, remote and onsite)
* windows11 endpoint setup, deployments, and asset lifecycle
* autodesk installation and licensing support (revit, autocadlt)
* microsoft365 and entraid (azuread) support
* vendor coordination, procurement, and local services
* regional projects, rollouts, and continuous improvement
* network and security collaboration with integralit (dubai)
what we're looking for
* english and spanish, written and verbal
* 2-5 years in it support, desktop support, or it engineer roles
* strong windows11 support and endpoint deployment experience
* microsoft365 support and entraid (azuread) troubleshooting
* autodesk installation/licensing experience (revit, autocadlt) – or a track record of picking up comparable specialist stacks
* strong service mindset, stakeholder communication, and ownership
* comfortable coordinating vendors and supporting deployments and projects
* willing to travel 2-5 times per year, primarily us
