We are seeking a highly skilled and organized personal assistant for renowned chef gabriela cámara. The ideal candidate will have exceptional english proficiency (100%) and a proven track record in restaurant operations or personal assistant roles. This position requires outstanding organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive attitude to manage a wide array of responsibilities efficiently.
key responsibilities:
1. staff coordination: supervise and manage domestic staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day household operations.
2. travel coordination: plan, organize, and manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
3. administrative support: provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.
4. restaurant operations insight: leverage experience in restaurant operations to support the chef’s professional endeavors.
5. communication: serve as a point of contact and liaison between the chef and internal/external parties.
requirements:
1. fluency in english (both spoken and written).
2. experience in personal assistance or restaurant operations (minimum 3 years preferred).
3. strong knowledge of personal expense management and budgeting.
4. proven ability to manage domestic staff effectively.
5. experience in travel planning and coordination.
6. exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
7. ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
