we are currently looking for a talent acquisition director to work with one of our main clients in aguascalientes in a hybrind modality.
*requirements*:
- fully bilingual
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using *jwt and outh *.
*technicall skills*:
- 8+ years of experience developing with java, spring boot, and rest apis.
- utilize devops practices and cloud platforms (ocp, kubernetes) alongside a modern ci/cd toolkit (sts/intellij, github, jenkins, nexus).
*job functions*:
- collaborate with product managers and team members to execute a broad range of projects
for digital products.
- work closely within a cross
- functional agile delivery team to understand requirements and create development story design documents.
- translate product vision into actionable technical solutions to address business challenges
- build high-quality software for large-scale, highly available systems.
- provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
