Overview
the field sales sr. Supervisor is an intermediate position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees to deliver a full range of sales and customer support activities in coordination with the consumer sales team. The objective is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to citi clients and to assist the team in meeting sales targets.
responsibilities
* manage a sales team by setting targets and monitoring progress against them, communicating expectations, clearly defining sales strategies and the business vision, and addressing the needs of individual team members
* resolve issues with client accounts in an effective and efficient manner
* facilitate and simplify the development of team territory and client plans, consistent with company sales strategies
* develop team targets and coach members in reaching and exceeding targets by monitoring quality and quantity of work
* ensure that the team delivers appropriate levels of service
* monitor clients’ orders and resolve issues accurately, ensuring accuracy and promptness
* ensure compliance of the managed team with citi policies
* resource locations appropriately, ensuring staffing needs are met
* assess risk in business decisions, promoting the firm’s reputation and safeguarding citi and its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations, adhering to policy, applying ethical judgment, escalating and reporting control issues, and supervising others to maintain standards
qualifications
* 2-5 years of relevant experience
* previous experience in sales and management required
* proactive leadership and motivational skills
* clear and concise written and verbal communication
* creative problem solving and strategic thinking
education
* bachelor’s degree / university degree or equivalent experience
