key responsibilities
* analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation using servicenow.
* collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
* support the design, configuration, and testing of servicenow applications, modules, and workflows.
* provide production support and training to end users to ensure effective adoption of new capabilities.
* facilitate communication between business units, it teams, and external vendors for successful project delivery.
* stay current with platform updates and industry trends to improve existing solutions.
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, with at least 2 years focused on servicenow.
* strong knowledge of servicenow itsm (incident, change, problem, and request management).
* experience with cmdb maintenance, ui scripting, business rules, and workflow development.
* familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and tools like jira.
* excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* advanced/professional english proficiency is required for effective communication.
nice to have
* servicenow certified system administrator (csa) or certified implementation specialist.
* understanding of itil frameworks.
* ability to analyze servicenow data to identify trends and recommend service delivery improvements.
