Radici plastics mexico is the mexican company of high-performance polymers business unit, one of the world’s leading producers of engineering plastics and a network of production and sales sites located throughout europe, north america, south america and asia.
Location: delegación san martin de zula
the human resource manager develops plans and coordinates the policies for a variety of hr matters including compensation, benefits, performance, talent, training and compliance. Ensures the legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
The candidate will report hierarchically to the ceo of the company and functionally to global hr manager of the business area.
Responsabilities

develop corporate plans for a variety of hr matters such as compensation, benefits, union compliance, talent, mental health, keeping in mind the business area guidelines
act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, and development etc.
Monitor the climate in the company and be proactive in implementing initiative for engaging people
be responsible of the compensation management: review and authorization of payment of ptu, bonus, vacation premium payment or monthly bonus.
Hr administration: is able to understand and manage criteria for social security and tax calculation
be responsible for hr budget by collecting company needs and sharing them at central level, by monitoring the respect of budget in term of investments implementation
be responsible of preparing data for external audit (for what concern his/her area of responsibility)
serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor union.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
guarantee a high level of compliance in coordination with global guidelines
develop the annual training plan and monitor its implementation
deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
report to senior management by analyzing data and using hr metrics also for the definition of management review
implement initiatives to increase the engagement of employees population
implement activities to recruit employees at all the levels
be the referent point for the activities and project issued at business area or global level (sustainability report, budget, ethic code sharing, cyber security training, hrgo project)
be an active part of the global hr project (sap platform implementation)
guarantee the updating of employee data in all hr system
bachelor degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field;
english knowledge is a must
at least 3 years or more proven experience as a hr manager.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
knowledge of data analysis and reporting
knowledge or experience of hr system (example sap, oracle, worday)
excellent organizational and leadership skills
diligent and firm with high ethical standards
