requirements:
* minimum 2 years of experience in finance or shared services, preferably in a leadership role.
* bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
* proficiency in english (b1 or higher) for effective communication and collaboration.
* experience with tools like oracle ebs, blackline, excel, and microsoft office.
* familiarity with data analysis and ability to make informed decisions.
* strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and a proactive mindset.
