* we are looking for a hands-on and energized hr business partner to work closely with our business in the taste, scent and nutrition organization.
* this role will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for business leaders, partnering to improve people leadership capability, team culture, talent pipeline and people development.

* act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for business leaders.
* build business intimacy and credibility to influence overall business decisions.
* initiate and manage change processes; implement changes in organizational structure, work design, and team-based systems.
* lead and support process improvement efforts for organizational performance.
* partner with hr colleagues to share best practices and ensure alignment.
* ensure timely input of data into hr systems and regular data quality audits.
* understand hiring needs and workforce planning; manage succession planning and internal mobility.
* drive talent assessment, talent reviews, and development plans with leaders.
requirements
* experience: 7+ years in a generalist hr role; able to operate in a corporate matrix.
* technical: strong ms office; hris reporting and analysis (sap preferred).
* critical thinking, collaboration, accountability, flexibility; strong interpersonal skills including c-suite partnering.
