the client associate role involves taking ownership of selected client accounts while supporting renewals and broader commercial activities across a portfolio. This position is designed to strengthen client relationships, enhance delivery capabilities, and build the skills necessary to progress into a full client manager role.
what will you do:
* own existing client relationships, meet revenue targets, and coordinate between internal departments and the client to ensure customer service and satisfaction
* participate in structured training programs and initiate self‑driven training on the industry and se offerings
* handle client contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and support client development in cross‑sell opportunities
* support client managers on complex accounts, providing delivery coordination and backup client support

* sales pursuit: ability to identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, anticipate obstacles, and continuously develop negotiation capabilities.
* business acumen: understanding of key business and functional metrics, as well as growing commercial awareness.

* willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and possess a us visa
* ability to work in a hybrid scheme
