ux/ui specialist
, you'll work with our product and marketing technology teams to deliver exceptional travel shopping experiences for our members across multiple platforms. Your role will be to enhance our products with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and
visual excellence
to drive engagement and conversions.
this position requires a designer who is a master of both the user experience and the user interface. You will be expected to not only understand how our members think and behave, but also to translate those insights into
beautiful, polished, and intuitive digital designs
.
responsibilities
* design and deliver a robust portfolio of high-fidelity web designs for both complex, multi-step user flows and small design iterations.
* create visually compelling design patterns that provide a consistent and cohesive experience across all our products.
* document and produce assets for our visual design system, including style guides, components, and other reusable elements.
* apply branding themes and assets strategically to enhance user journeys and align with brand identity.
* translate complex requirements into clear visual designs, working closely with product leaders and developers.
* lead with empathy for our users and peers.
* communicate designs effectively and professionally to all stakeholders.
requirements
* a strong online portfolio that clearly demonstrates multiple examples of web design, showcasing your ability to create high-quality, polished visual interfaces.
* experience with figma or other industry-standard design tools.
* clear and concise verbal and written communication in english is essential. This is critical for successful collaboration with our global teams.
* 5+ years of work experience in ux/ui design with an emphasis on product design.
