Our client is a community association management company located in arizona. They are specialized in providing excellent service for the community clients, as a result of the vast experience and sophisticated ways to exceed the customer's expectations.
*the main activities for this position are*:
- entering invoices (pdf).
- insurance renewals. Answering questions from brokers about policy dates.
- pull monthly reports of insurance policies that are coming due.
- coding exceptions in the strongroom.
- manage vendor setup.
- research past invoices and statements (vendor).
- maintenance of electronic data and records.
- assist accounting system data entry.
- generate ho statements and answer questions.
- reach out to incoming hoa vendors.
- tax record.
*as the team you will be collaborating with is in arizona, you will have two different schedules during the year*
m-f 10:00-19:00 cst (summer in mexico)
m-f 9:00-18:00 cst (winter in mexico)
