Role Overview
As a Full‑Cycle Recruiter at Pearl Talent, you will manage our recruitment processes, ensuring seamless connections between our clients’ needs and top‑tier talent. In a fast‑paced environment, you will build pipelines, screen candidates, and maintain strong client relationships, directly impacting both client and candidate success.
Your Impact
- Drive successful placements by aligning talent with client needs and refining recruitment processes.
- Accelerate hiring timelines by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in collaboration with clients and the recruiting team.
- Proactively streamline workflows and improve efficiency through strategy implementation.
- Maintain strong relationships to reduce churn and quickly resolve client or candidate concerns.
- Enhance outcomes through data‑driven insights, feedback loops, and process improvements.
Areas of Responsibility Recruitment Process Management
- Build and refine job descriptions based on client Statements of Work.
- Attend client success calls to align recruitment efforts with client expectations.
Pipeline & Candidate Management
- Monitor and manage recruitment pipelines for assigned roles, addressing dry spells by shifting sourcing strategies.
- Directly source candidates if pipelines underperform.
- Post high‑priority roles on relevant job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
Candidate Screening & Profiling
- Conduct prescreening through voice notes and topgrading techniques.
- Administer client‑specific assessments to confirm role alignment.
- Create and manage candidate profiles in Notion and HubSpot.
- Endorse candidate profiles for Matching Lead approval through Workable.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Provide timely updates within 24 hours of new information or progress.
- Collaborate with marketing to create public materials for job roles.
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries to maintain engagement.
Quality Assurance & Process Optimization
- Review candidate profiles for accuracy before endorsement.
- Proactively resolve issues related to candidate or client satisfaction.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare/health‑tech, corporate, niche, or LATAM roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with candidate screening, topgrading techniques, and client relationship management.
- Strong proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail managing multiple pipelines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
