we are seeking a global category sourcing manager to join our collaborative team. This role is vital in executing our global sourcing strategy, achieving cost efficiencies, supplier excellence, and ensuring supply chain sustainability.

job responsibilities
1. manage global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
3. provide insights on sourcing initiatives to leadership.
4. manage supplier risks and develop contingency plans.
5. collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet customer expectations.
6. monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
* 2-5 years’ experience in sourcing or supply chain roles.
* strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts.
* proven ability to lead projects that reduce costs and improve productivity.
* collaborative communication and problem-solving skills.
