we are a tight knit community of call center representatives working from home. The job: in the lead generation business, you'll be calling people who requested an auto-insurance quote to verify their information, qualify them and transfer them to the insurance companies (all state, alliance, farmers, etc.).
requirements: self-motivated, team players, goal-oriented individuals with outstanding english proficiency and call center experience. We only work with us clients. Previous outbound experience is appreciated.
we offer: monday–friday schedule, full-time with flexible schedules, paid training, 100% remote (work from anywhere in mexico), salary starts at 13,800 mxn per month, productivity bonuses & spiffs, commissions up to 4,000 mxn per month, hiring bonus 1,000 mxn, no micromanagement, ability to take breaks or days off, create your own schedule, constant training and support.
next steps: this is an english-only campaign. All tests and interviews will be conducted in english to evaluate communication skills. Equipment requirements: pc/laptop (mac os / intel core i3 or newer, no celeron), usb headset, ethernet cable. Internet connection: 30+ mbps.
