Job Description

Salesperson: Mahad Manpower is a leading workforce recruitment agency that connects skilled workers with top employers globally. It hires salespeople. Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for salespeople.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- They have created and presented detailed salesperson plans to management, outlining goals, timelines, and tactics.
- Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase Mahad Manpower’s services and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Sales Execution and Performance: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- I was responsible for monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction.
- Utilised CRM software to track and manage sales activities, client interactions, and pipelines.
- Industry Knowledge and Expertise: As a salesperson, stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the professional network and promote Mahad Manpower.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients post-placement to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients for business and referrals.
- Team Collaboration and Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing sales strategies and initiatives.
- Mentored and supported junior sales team members, sharing best practices and sales techniques

Qualifications

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- We have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies

- I possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and integrity
