We at Coforge are hiring Call Center Agents to handle customer inquiries related to loss draft claims, insurance services, and mortgage servicing, ensuring accurate documentation and a professional client experience.
- This is a long-term onsite role based in Mexico City, and we are looking for agents who can join immediately.
- The monthly pay rate is MXN $13,482.80, along with benefits including vacation days, food coupons, performance bonuses & more. Candidates must be available to work a 10-hour shift.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- 6–9 months of call center experience Banking Finance Services and Insurances (BFSI) preferred.
- Fluent in English (B2+ or C1 level).
- Support Loss Draft.
- Manage calls related to loss draft claims.
- Update and document claim information.
- Upload necessary documentation.
- Resolve borrower concerns and escalate when needed.
- Log complaints in the client’s CCS system.
- Must live within 1.5 hours of the site.
- Comfortable with 10-hour shifts.
- Strong communication, documentation & problem-solving skills.
- Professional handling of escalations.
Insurance Services Support -
- Handle calls regarding preferred insurance policies.
- Aim for First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Update systems and upload documentation.
- Escalate issues per client procedures.
Mortgage Servicing Support -
- Assist borrowers with mortgage servicing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues for further research.
