position responsibilities
* lead finance system modernization projects, including erp implementations, upgrades and digital transformation efforts.
* partner with teams across finance, it and operations to align projects with business goals.
* test new finance technology solutions, ensuring accurate documentation and strong accounting controls.
* recommend workflow, process and reporting improvements to drive efficiency.
minimum requirements
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or it.
* 5+ years of finance and or project management experience.
* strong understanding of financial processes such as o2c, electronic invoice, payment complement.
* experience with erp implementation (oracle, sap, etc.)
* bilingual (english / spanish) – 100% in both verbal and written communication.
