your impact
as an epic resolute professional billing team lead, you will play a key role in driving healthcare transformation projects, working closely with global teams, clients, and technology experts.
responsibilities
* lead analysis and documentation of current and future-state business workflows
* design and optimize billing processes within epic resolute
* translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
* collaborate with project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams
* support testing cycles (uat, performance, and product testing)
* act as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams
* contribute to system implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
* ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations
what you bring
required qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in healthcare it
* proven experience as an epic resolute professional billing sr. Analyst or team lead
* epic resolute professional billing certification (required)
nice to have:
* experience working in a consulting environment
* participation in at least one full epic implementation
* knowledge of:
o pb / pb claims
o hb / hb claims
o charge router
o real-time eligibility
o revenue cycle (back-end processes)
