coordinate and lead local and external teams to install, qualify and release a new line, product or process, in the plant based on the communication with key areas in the business unit, specific: central industrial engineering, based on the footprint and budget assigned.
Responsible to check the capacity of the production lines and layout.
Responsible to coordinate the different areas in plant to install new lines in the location.
Responsible for track and document the investment budget
*qualifications*:
- bachelor degree in electrical, industrial or mechanical engineering
- english (advanced)
- knowledge electricity, electronic, pneumatic
- 2 years experience in cad software, layout and process flow definition.
- 1.5 years experience in manufacturing planner activities.
- 1.5 years experience launching electronic lines. Product validation, ppap, run at rate process.
- 1.5 years experience with line utilities installation (coordinate external providers)
desirable
- 2+ years experience in automotive industry.
- 2+ years experience in electronic control units production.
- 1.5 years experience with electronic lines installation (coordinate machine supplier onsite)
- 2+ years experience troubleshooting in electronic lines.
- 2+ years experience industrializing, qualifying and
customer releases for electronic control units.
- 2+ years leading technical and operational people.
- 2+ manage technical employees in production related areas.
- 2+ years managed 2+ direct operators in production line.
- 2+ years experience controlling new lines investment budget.
