Job summary
as a channel sales manager for americas, you will partner with the regional director to enable sales teams in selling axon products and services to law enforcement agencies. This remote-based position covers 15 countries in central and eastern europe, requiring ability to articulate value propositions, build internal relationships, navigate customer procurement processes, and drive sales and revenue goals.
your responsibilities:
* expand our existing program in mexico and south american emerging markets by establishing strong partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.
* raise awareness of axon products among technical and sales partners through targeted engagement and education initiatives.
* manage a portal that provides channel partners with access to product information, support resources, and sales tools.
* educate channel partners on the value proposition of axon products and work with technical resources to arm them with the necessary knowledge to sell effectively.
* prioritize markets based on strategic fit, leveraging market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
* collaborate closely with marketing, corporate development, and direct sales teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals.
* partner with sales to develop deal structures and strategies that meet customer needs and maximize revenue potential.
