*about the role*
we are seeking a senior martech manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our entire marketing technology ecosystem. This role requires a technical, data-driven professional capable of partnering with marketing, product, data, and engineering to design scalable tracking systems, automate workflows, and strengthen measurement capabilities.
*key responsibilities*
*martech implementation and technical alignment*
- translate lifecycle and marketing campaign requirements into precise technical specifications.
- work closely with product, engineering, and data teams within an agile framework.
- develop and maintain technical documentation, integration briefs, and implementation plans.
- prioritize and coordinate martech initiatives to support business goals.
*tracking, qa, and attribution*
- lead tracking audits and qa across ga4, gtm, meta pixel, meta capi, firebase, appsflyer, and other attribution tools.
- oversee event mapping, sdk configurations, deep-link tracking, and funnel instrumentation.
- maintain event schemas, naming conventions, and measurement taxonomies.
- investigate and resolve tracking inconsistencies, missing events, and duplication across web and app.
*martech stack optimization and automation*
- identify inefficiencies and gaps in the current data flow and measurement framework.
- recommend tooling upgrades, automation opportunities, and schema improvements.
- support server-side tracking, offline-to-online syncing, and data governance.
- ensure alignment between marketing events, product analytics, and data pipelines.
*marketing data strategy and measurement framework*
- build and maintain a unified measurement framework integrating product usage, campaign performance, and business metrics (ltv, roas, cac, churn, funnel analytics).
- define kpis, cohort models, attribution logic, and conversion rules.
- collaborate with data and finance teams to standardize dashboards and analytical models.
- lead the tracking and measurement strategy for lifecycle automation, crm, paid media, and product interactions.
*future team leadership*
this role will function as the technical lead of a future marketing data team, potentially including:
- marketing data analyst (dashboards, reporting, measurement)
- marketing data engineer (pipelines, architecture)
*you will ensure clean data flows, strong governance, and full-funnel visibility.*
*requirements*:
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- proficiency in ga4, gtm, firebase, appsflyer, meta pixel, or similar tools.
- strong analytical and technical communication skills.
- demonstrated experience building end-to-end tracking systems.

hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote, based in polanco, cdmx.
