- bachelor's degree in business administration or project management or 4 years of related experience.
- proven experience in administrative support and project coordination roles.
- excellent spanish verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent command of english (c1).
- proficiency in office software (e.g., microsoft office suite).
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- adaptability and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- knowledge of project management tools and methodologies *is a plus.

*impact you'll make*:
*administrative support*:
- manage the head's calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- maintain and organize office files and records.
- respond to daily inquiries and execute ad hoc requests and meeting logistics
- book travel, hotel accommodations, meeting room(s), and other meeting requirements for cross-functional teams
- collaborate and develop strong relationships within the marketing
- and u.s. Markets teams as well as the executive/administrative assistant community
*project coordination*:
- assist in planning, organizing, and executing various projects within the gcc.
- collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- prepare project status reports and updates.
*documentation and record-keeping*:
- maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to projects, meetings, and initiatives.
- compile and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- manage document repositories and file systems.
*communication and liaison*:
- act as a liaison between the head and internal/external stakeholders.
- coordinate communication between gcc departments and other offices.
- ensure timely dissemination of information and announcements.
*event coordination*:
- plan and coordinate internal and external events, workshops, and training sessions.
- handle logistics, invitations, and catering arrangements.
*budget management*:
- assist in tracking and managing budgets related to gcc activities.
- prepare expense reports and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
