- manage the head's calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- maintain and organize office files and records.
- respond to daily inquiries and execute ad hoc requests and meeting logistics
- book travel, hotel accommodations, meeting room(s), and other meeting requirements for cross-functional teams

*project coordination*:
- assist in planning, organizing, and executing various projects within the gcc.
- collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.

- maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to projects, meetings, and initiatives.
- compile and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.

*communication and liaison*:
- act as a liaison between the head and internal/external stakeholders.
- coordinate communication between gcc departments and other offices.
- ensure timely dissemination of information and announcements.

- handle logistics, invitations, and catering arrangements.
*budget management*:
- assist in tracking and managing budgets related to gcc activities.
