What will you do?
Develop, analyze, and manage manufacturing bill of materials (mbom) to ensure alignment with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
Drive cost optimization initiatives by implementing accurate and efficient costing methodologies integrated within mbom processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with global standards and industry regulations.
Control/review capital expenditure for all plants in chillers na in order to drive better control with manufacturing teams in the region.
How will you do it?

Analyze and refine mbom structures to enhance manufacturability and cost efficiency, working collaboratively across diverse perspectives to foster innovation and team success.
Conciliate/review capex in a weekly basis with main stakeholders for chillers na to drive a better performance and control of capital expenditure.
Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to identify and solve problems, driving enhancements in process efficiency and data accuracy, while maintaining a close connection to operational realities to remove obstacles for stakeholders.
Lead efforts to integrate feedback and improve practices daily, ensuring that lessons learned contribute to ongoing excellence.
What are we looking for?
Education: bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a related field.
Experience: minimum of 3 years in manufacturing cost analysis or related roles, with a strong background in mbom management as well experience working with capital expenditure.
Skills: proficiency with sap, windchill plm, and advanced excel capabilities.
Traits: collaborative mindset, problem-solving aptitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
