You’ll manage a team, optimize multi-channel journeys, ensure smooth platform operation and drive data-driven growth, retention, and engagement. Key responsibilities · lead and coordinate the crm team, ensuring strategic execution and high-quality deliverables. · design and optimize retention, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaigns. · manage crm operations and marketing automation workflows. · plan, execute, and optimize customer journeys and campaigns. · analyze crm performance & customer behavior. · collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, retail, brands, and analytics. · improve crm processes, governance, and data quality standards. · manage relationships with agencies, tech partners, and external stakeholders. What we’re looking for · solid experience in crm, customer engagement, marketing automation or retention. · 1 year leading teams or managing talent. · strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity. · experience with crm/cx platforms (sap, salesforce, oracle, emarsys, etc.). · fluent english.
