we are seeking a reliable, motivated dispatch & sales coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role combines dispatching, customer service, and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, quick-thinking, confident on the phone, and comfortable speaking with property managers, drivers, and customers.
this position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while also helping grow new business.
key responsibilitiesdispatching duties
* answer incoming calls and gather accurate job details.
* dispatch drivers using radios, software, or phone communication.
* coordinate etas, job statuses, and route efficiency.
* communicate with customers and drivers throughout each job.
* handle emergency tows, private property calls, and impounds.
* maintain logs, call entries, and paperwork.
sales & customer service duties
* convert incoming calls into paid services (tows, roadside, impounds).
* provide quotes and confidently explain services and pricing.
* build relationships with property managers and commercial accounts.
* upsell services when appropriate (lockouts, long-distance tows, etc.).
* assist with setting up new private property impound (ppi) accounts.
* follow up on leads, answer client questions, and help maintain accounts.
administrative & support duties
* assist with paperwork and digital documentation.
* coordinate sign installs or new account setups (if applicable).
* help with payment processing and customer invoicing.
* support the operations team with any other assigned tasks.
qualifications
* dispatch, call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
* towing/transportation experience is a bonus but not required.
* strong phone communication and multitasking skills.
* ability to stay calm under pressure and manage fast-paced environments.
* computer-literate (dispatch software experience is a plus).
* bilingual (english/spanish) is highly preferred.
