As home center sales manager you will coordinate across customers and local sales team, focused on increasing sales, profitability and market share by directly managing 3 main accounts for cam, seeking to capitalize to the maximum business opportunities, always working in an ethical and responsible framework.
You will report to the comercial area.
You will be #li-onsite in our site in panama.
*main responsibilities*
- you will increase ppg's sales and profitability through the sales generated in the home centers,
- you will work with different types of customers and different areas of ppg such as marketing, customer service, operations, among others.
- you will maximize sales and productivity through knowledge of the sales and business tools at hand,
- you will have to consider the existing competition, the different customer segments and the service tools available, and based on this, develop a comprehensive commercial and service plan to ensure the highest percentage of "share of wallet" within this channel, minimizing the participation of the competition in the same.
- you will be responsible for tropicalizing, adapting and bringing to fruition any commercial, operational or service initiative, imbuing all that local knowledge in each one of them, so that they are achieved and fulfill their purpose for which they were designed.
*qualifications*
- minimum 8+ years of experience in leadership roles in the home center industry.
- 5+ years of experience analyzing businesses and developing commercial strategies.
- 4+ years of experience leading teams of sales promoters and sales supervisors.
- advanced business english.
