Responsibilities
- Ensure control of equipment processes in the battery plant, performing data analysis that contributes to improving internal control, seeking to have an autonomous production unit.
- Data collection for statistical process control and application of parameter ranges in the start-up sheet.
- Development of new formats for machine process control following BRP standardization.
- Monitoring of spare parts registration for critical equipment.
- Implementation of improvements in leak testing and heat staking as critical processes.
- Coordination of the implementation and use of troubleshooting for equipment and machinery.
- Collaboration in the implementation of improvement processes.
- Support in quality activities, defect analysis, and tracking of corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) and engineering software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
