key responsibilities:
* monitor cctv cameras and duress alarms to ensure the safety and security of our guests and employees.
* secure property entrances when required, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
* conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify potential risks and take necessary precautions.
* respond promptly to accidents and contact emergency services if necessary.
* assist guests and employees during emergency situations, providing support and guidance as needed.
