Job description
the junior finance auditor is a key role within the organization, responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of financial operating models and process structures. This involves sharing expertise and knowledge related to finance controls, as well as proposing recommendations based on leading practices to mitigate risks while promoting compliance with business and operational needs.
the successful candidate will coordinate working sessions with diverse operational teams, identify rational and expected impact of process redesign, and define required capabilities with the it team. Strong communication skills are essential to notify status updates to project leadership and propose mitigation plans/actions for identified risks and issues in a timely manner.
this role requires a proactive approach, involving the identification of areas for improvement and the development of strategic kpis and reports to drive future process excellence.

requirements:
a bachelor's degree in systems engineering, business administration, or other related fields is required, along with at least 3 years of experience as an audit or internal control owner for finance processes. Experience in e2e implementation projects is also desirable.
