*the role*:
we are looking for a graphics designer - digital marketing with strong photography skills to join our creative team.
in this role, you'll capture and edit high-quality product photography and create engaging visuals for campaigns across print, digital, and video platforms using adobe creative suite (indesign, photoshop, illustrator & premierpro).
you'll work closely with the marketing manager and collaborate with our web and marketing team to bring brand concepts to life.
as part of the web team, you'll collaborate with 7 skilled colleagues across web design, it, and marketing.
you'll be part of a creative, supportive team that will develop your skills and help you contribute towards driving the company forward.
*responsibilities*:
- organise and photograph products, post process images and integrate into digital, web and printed marketing.
- create visual designs and marketing collateral using adobe creative cloud, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and campaign objectives.
- work closely with web team to create and/or update content on the websites.
- organise and conduct on-site product photography for customer installs.
- conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative design best practices into the projects based on a/b split testing.
- assist in designing visual assets for exhibitions and support with exhibition preparation.
- general marketing admin.
*about you*:
skills and experience:
- experience in photography.
- preferred bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- portfolio showcasing a range of work, particularly anything for branding, print, and digital media.
- proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, premiere pro).
- basic understanding of typography, and layout principles.
- good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
- strong english skills.
must have gcse grade b in english language (or equivalent).
desirable skills:
- organisation, with the ability to carry out several tasks simultaneously.
- self-management, oversee your own task list, and keep objectives moving forward.
- attention to detail, spot and remove discrepancies when reviewing marketing content.
- communication, confidently converse with different departments.
