1? Support the quality of the product in the plant and the external client from the product development stage following apqp methodology and throughout the production period.
2? Resolve initial quality problems and prepare manufacturing inspection documents and all documentation corresponding to the ppap.
3? Manage the quality of the products on site and with the client after serial production
4? Maintain, supervise, examine and verify the quality system under the iatf16949 standard
7? Create the structure of the quality management system and accompany the iatf certification process
position requirements:
1? University degree or higher in quality management or related fields;
2? More than 3 years of experience in product quality management for the automotive industry, preferably in processes and technology of the rubber industry.
3? Strong quality awareness and familiarity with quality management knowledge, standards and procedures
4? Familiar with quality system approval processes under iso, iatf standards
5? Experience as an internal auditor as well as in audits of external clients under specific requirements such as vda
6.? Strong management and coordination skills, ability to manage problems independently and certain communication skills;
7? Great capacity for teamwork and sense of responsibility.
8?English intermediate-advanced level
9? Basic knowledge and management of gd&t
10? Technical knowledge and handling of problem solving.
